1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from Kettering Airport Transfer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details, including pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information, are accurate
2. Pricing All fares are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (£).The final fare may vary if:The journey details are changed after booking.Additional stops are added.Waiting time exceeds the complimentary allowance.The customer requests additional services.Any applicable tolls, parking charges, or airport fees will be included where appropriate or advised before travel.
3. Payment Payment may be made using the payment methods available on our website or directly to the driver where permitted.Full payment may be required before the journey depending on the selected payment option.
4. Cancellations Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are generally eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur cancellation charges.No refunds will be provided for no-shows.Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for further details.
5. Flight Delays For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate flight information during booking.We monitor flight arrivals where flight details are supplied and will adjust pickup times for delays where reasonably possible.
6. Waiting Time Airport pickups include a complimentary waiting period after the actual flight landing time.Additional waiting time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.For non-airport pickups, complimentary waiting time may also apply. Any additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
7. Passenger ResponsibilitiesPassengers agree to:Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time.Wear seat belts where required by law.Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.Avoid behaviour that may endanger the driver or other passengers.Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle through negligence or misconduct.
8. Luggage Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected vehicle is suitable for the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. We reserve the right to refuse transportation if luggage exceeds the vehicle's safe carrying capacity
9. Child Seats Child seats may be requested during booking, subject to availability. Parents or guardians remain responsible for ensuring that the selected child seat is appropriate for the child.
10. Delays and Force Majeure We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Severe weather Road traffic accidents Road closures Vehicle breakdowns Police or emergency incidents Industrial action Natural disasters We will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruption.
11. Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey where a passenger: Is abusive or threatening. Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs to an extent that poses a safety risk. Endangers the driver or other passengers. Causes damage to the vehicle. No refund will be payable in such circumstances.
12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kettering Airport Transfer shall not be liable for: Missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control. Loss of business or indirect financial loss Personal belongings left in the vehicle. Customers should ensure they have adequate travel insurance where appropriate.
13. Lost Property We will make reasonable efforts to return lost property. Collection or delivery charges may apply where applicable. We are not responsible for items that cannot be recovered.
