Cancellation Policy

At Kettering Airport Transfer, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
Standard Bookings
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the booking value.
No refunds will be issued for bookings where the passenger does not arrive at the agreed pickup location without prior notice ("no-show").
Airport Pickups
Flight delays are monitored where flight details have been provided during booking.We will make reasonable adjustments to pickup times for delayed flights at no additional charge, subject to operational availability.If a flight is cancelled, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling will be considered based on the notice provided.Return Journeys
If you cancel only one leg of a return journey, cancellation charges may apply to the cancelled journey in accordance with this policy.
Amendments
Booking changes, including pickup time, date, or location, should be requested as early as possible.We will make every effort to accommodate changes, subject to vehicle availability. Additional charges may apply if the amendment affects the distance, duration, or vehicle type.
Refunds
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, including severe weather, road closures, or events beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings. If we are unable to provide the booked service, customers will be offered either an alternative arrangement or a full refund.
